Come and begin a journey to learn who you really are. Women and midlife are sometimes at odds, then we move further into a life where we often feel invisible. There is a culmination of change that often is not reviewed or accessed. Come and join others for a workshop/group activity where creativity, music and heartspeak will come together. Come and move to the rhythms of your true self.
